My writings: Poetry: I am the one you don’t want

I

I am the one
you don't want.
I am the one
whose words
are without
any meaning
for you.

I am the one
you look through.
I am the invisible
glass that
is a nuisance
when you
notice me.

I am the one
that once
held you tight
when the
nights were
darker than
the unavoidable
depth of your
sorrow.

I am the one
who’s kisses
woke you up
from your
unbearable silence
and gave you
life.

I am the one
you don't
want anymore.

II

My silence
threatens you.
My knowledge
about your
sorrows
causes a pain
you don't want
to bear.

My voice
reminds you
of the comforting
words I said.
Words that
healed you
but now
they are
repulsive.

I am the one
you don't want.

III

My reasons
are vague.
My feelings
are without
any doubts.
My hunger
is endless.
My pain
is a hollow
howl
in a broken
jar.

I howl
but no one
hears me.
No one
sees me.
No one  notices
the white
flickering light
that
is the only
sign of my
existence.

I am the one
you don't want.
I am the memory
of your past
capsuled in
the present
and rejected
by you.

IV

I am the one
you don't want.
I am the one
that doesn't
exist.
I am the oblivion
in your thoughts.
I am the
shallow grave
that awaits
you
in the dark
moment
that is
in front of you.

I am the one
you don't want.
The only person
that
reminds you
of who
you once
were.

V

I am the one
that brings death
to your house.
I am the one
that gives you
life.
I am the one
whose breath
can break a
life.
I am the one
whose sorrows
you can't bear.

I am the one
you don't want.
I am the repulsive
one.
I am the disaster
in your life
that wrecked
everything
you once
held dear.

I am the one
with death
in my hand.

I am the one
you don't want.

VI

I am the one
you once loved.
I am the one
you once needed.
I am the one
that is part
of you

and...

I am the one
you don't want...
