My writings: Poetry: Resistance

I can act as you want.
I can even say the words
you want to hear
and of course
I can be exactly
the one
you want me to be
because I know the drill.

But I can never
give you my heart.
My heart is mine
and only mine.
It can never be yours.

My writings: Poetry: Why is the world so full of hate?

Why is the world so full of hate?
Why do we accept that the differences
in religion, skin color, sexual orientation
and gender are acceptable grounds
for how we treat one another?
Many people try to do their best,
but even there the hate is present.
Why is hate such an appealing feeling?

Is it that hate isn't the opposite of love,
because both imply engagement
but in different ways.

Love implies engagement and caring
about the others needs.
The givers feel joy in knowing
that their love was accepted.

But even hate implies engagement
and caring about someone,
but haters don't want to see
the others needs to be fulfilled,
they don't want to make them happy.
Their mind is filled with the others,
what they have and what they do,
they care about them.
They care and try to find ways
to reject them and build
an unbreakable wall between
them and the ones they hate.
The joy a hater feels is when they
feel superiority, control and when
they are detached from
the object they hate.

Hate isn't the opposite of love.
Indifference is
the opposite of hate of love.

My writings: Poetry: Intimacy is anxiety's fire

Intimacy is anxiety's fire.
Not that intimacy in itself is the fire,
nor that it implies what the fire is,
but intimacy can tear up a wound
that an old snake made and
that made you withdraw
from the world.

My writings: Poetry: I cry

I cry
therefore I am.

To cry is an act
of resistance.
Resistance to pills,
resistance to the demonizing
of feelings.

No,
I am not depressed.
I am just sad.
I had a lousy day.

My writings: Poetry: I bother you

It hurts.
Your silence.
Your gaze.
Your reserved
posture.

You break
my hope,
my trust
and I fall apart.

I bother you.
I know.
I always do.

My writings: Poetry: Without words

Without words
you told me
to disappear.

Without a witness
to my shame
I stumbled,
I stumbled upon
myself
when I tried
to undo
your doing.

Your harshness
is invisible.
I'm without
a scratch,
but full of scars.

My writings: Poetry: You like

You like
that I like you,
but
you don't
like me.

This one-sidedness
will tip into
the ocean
and slip through
the finest net
into oblivion.

My writings: Poetry: Apologetic

Apologetic
for the lives
invisible touch
he turns around
and asks for
forgiveness.

Her face
still untouched
by his regrets
turns into
a grimace
and the mouth
utters "Why, why
should I forgive you? "

He, full of shame
of being a man
an unaccomplished being
with thoughts of his own
wants to disappear
in the invisible
deep hole under him.

A person
is not a God.
A person
is a person
and his actions
are of a person
and not of a God
so
why do we want
someone to act
as a God
and not a person?

My writings: Tenderness

TENDERNESS

A shining sun.
A willow is reaching out
for the clouds.
A branch pierces the sun,
and an ocean of tenderness
floods the dry earth.

My writings: It rains / Det regnar

IT RAINS

It rains!
The words hurry
when I look through the book,
when new adventures
move the time.

It rains and
the words dissolve
in the fire
on the pages.

-------
DET REGNAR
(original - Swedish)

Det regnar!
Orden skyndar sig
när jag bläddrar igenom boken,
när nya äventyr
flyttar tiden.

Det regnar och
orden löses upp
i elden
på sidorna.

My writings: The cat

THE CAT

A cat is sitting under the table.
The black cat is waiting for you.
Its magical powers
can’t be resisted or undone.

The beautiful black cat,
is waiting so it can overpower you,
with its eyes, its meow,
its adorable soft fur.

And then….
its going to turn you into a fellow
cat.

My writings: To travel

TO TRAVEL

I guess
I'm overprotective!
I guess that you
are right!
I guess life is
a circle or a spiral
or something.
I guess everything
must die someday.

But please....
DON'T KILL MY PLANTS!!!

My writings: Poetry: Petals from the past

Petals from the past are lingering
in my present.
I wait -
I try -
and try again
to unbreak my heart.

My writings: Poetry: Alone at home

Alone at home
at last
An innocent word or
a sentence was
received with doubt.

Alone with the unspoken
answer.

With an unbeatable
logic.

Who would have
cleared the air?

Who would have
spoken the truth
and cleared me
from your doubts?

Alone at last,
with my own doubts.

My writings: Poetry: Your words are not for me

Your words are not for me,
they are for the ones
who want to be hurt,
who want to dwell
in the pain
you want to give them.

Your words are not for me,
because I choose
them not to be.

You say them to me
and hope to see
my reaction
my pain.

It would give you
such a pleasure to know
that you can hurt me,

but
your words are not for me,
I'm not going to give you
the satisfaction of hurting me.

My writings: Poetry: I & You

I could have
a cup of tea
or perhaps even
a cup of coffee
with you
but it wouldn't
do.

Not because
of the tea
or the coffee
but because
of me and you.

My writings: Poetry: Look at me

Look at me!

I know
you can't
hear me.

I know
you can't
touch me.

Look at me!

with your
benevolent eyes
and touch
me
in your
dreams.

My writings: Poetry: A battle

I know
that you know
that I lied
but
we don't speak
about it.

If we did
what would
you say?
What would
I say?

A battle
about the truth
has been resisted.

My writings: Poetry: A quiet desire

Forgive me
for the words
I didn't say.

Forgive me
for the words
I did say.

Forgive me
for my thoughts
for my wishes
and
for my desire.

Forgive me...
I know ...
I should have
known better.

I should have ...

but still, I didn't
and I don't know
if I will
the next time.
